LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A second arrest has been made in connection to a bar fight in Louisville that led to the death of another man.
Ronnie Watkins, 30, was arrested Tuesday, nine days after a man was killed outside of Corner Tavern, according to an LMPD news release.
