LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Systems down at the Bowman Field Regional Licensing Branch sent a line of people standing in line home for the day, after waiting hours for their appointment.
WHAS11 was at the Bowman branch location when a DMV employee stepped outside to tell the dozen people in line that their systems were down, and to come back tomorrow.
