Beloved Local Restaurant To Close, Reopen With New Focus

One of the most well-regarded Japanese restaurants in a major American city is closing, but fans won’t have to wait to welcome it back to the city.

According to the Miami New Times, Wabi Sabi along the 79th Street Causeway will close. It’s unfortunate news for fans of the restaurant, but it’s only a temporary goodbye. Wabi Sabi will transition into the identity of its sister restaurant, sushi spot Midorie.
