GUSTINE – unWired Broadband has begun connecting customers in Gustine to its NextGen Fiber Internet network, marking a major milestone in the city’s efforts to improve high-speed internet access. The first installation was completed on June 6, following months of construction that began in March.
The multi-million-dollar project, funded in part through a grant from the Last Mile Federal Funding Account, aims to deliver speeds of up to 5 Gbps to nearly 2,500 addresses in Gustine. Construction remains on schedule for completion by September 2025.
