ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Ground has officially been broken on the Beechwood Family Apartments project in Rochester.
Developer Home Leasing says the project includes 54 affordable apartments across 21 buildings in the Beechwood neighborhood.
Each unit will be fully equipped, and Home Leasing says “water/sewer, trash/recycling, and internet will be paid for by Home Leasing at no additional cost to the residents; electric will be paid for by the tenant.”…
