ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Major construction is underway in the Beechwood neighborhood, where new housing is being developed. News10NBC’s Kristi Blake reported from Garson Avenue, detailing the project aimed at providing 54 low-income families with energy-efficient homes.
The Beechwood Family Apartments will be spread across 21 lots, featuring single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes with up to four bedrooms. This type of housing is typically harder to find and more expensive.
