ANNA MARIA ISLAND, Fla. (WWSB) – A 15-year-old girl was airlifted to Tampa General Hospital Monday night after she fell out of a golf cart on Anna Maria Island, fire officials said.
A report from West Manatee Fire Rescue says it happened about 7:45 p.m. at the intersection of Spring Avenue and North Shore Drive.
First responders found the girl on the ground next to the golf cart, with “significant injuries,” the report said…
