Performers voice hesitancy in returning to Thalia Mara Hall: ‘It’s really not 100% usable’

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – After ten months of construction and environmental remediation, Thalia Mara Hall, Jackson’s performing arts venue, was officially reopened Monday.

The city undertook a 10-month effort and $5 million to address microbial growth, asbestos, and fire code violations.
