NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — The New Braunfels Police Department has concluded their investigation into a graffiti incident at Eikel Park, resulting in the detention of four teens.
Four juveniles, ages 14 to 16, have been charged with Graffiti (Pecuniary Loss $100–$750), a Class B Misdemeanor.
