SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — East Palouse Highway at South Odell Road is closed after authorities found a man dead in the roadway.
Spokane County Fire District 8 said crews responded to a call about a man in the road around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. When fire crews arrived, they reportedly found a man with severe trauma injuries and pronounced him dead on the scene.
