The trial of the Levittown man accused of killing and beheading his father last year before calling for his followers to overthrow the federal government in a YouTube video, and infiltrating a national military base, is set to begin Monday, July 7.
But a Bucks County jury will not hear the case against 33-year-old Justin Mohn, an unemployed college graduate and self-published author and musician, who has referred to himself as the acting President of the United States and the Messiah.
