An investigation into narcotics activity in the City of Dunkirk ended with the arrest of two city men Tuesday afternoon. Narcotics investigators from the Dunkirk Police Department, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police Department executed a search warrant at the upper rear apartment at 501-503 Washington Avenue at about 1:15 PM, with entry gained by the Dunkirk Police SRT Team. 40-year-old Bobby Ross and 27-year-old Jamal Robinson were located at the residence at the time of the search. According to the Sheriff’s Office, investigators seized 23.3 grams of cocaine, 40 dosage units of heroin, 10.17 grams of ecstasy, scales and packaging material, a loaded .380 handgun, and $1,203 in cash.
