Hornell man stabbed in downtown Rochester

Rochester, N.Y. — A Steuben County man was hospitalized after a stabbing Tuesday night in Rochester’s downtown area.

Police responded around 9:15 p.m. to the area of North Clinton Avenue and Pleasant Street, where they found the victim, a 32-year-old Hornell man, with a wound to his upper body.

He refused to cooperate with the investigation and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police…
