NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A man who was arrested for allegedly keeping a flash drive containing explicit photos of children is facing 10 new charges, according to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office (NHCSO).
Arrest warrants state that 55-year-old Jonathan Hays Durham is facing five counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and five counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
