On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Farmersville Police and Collin County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of stolen building materials in the 3500 block of Chambers Drive in the Lakehaven subdivision.
Upon arrival, law enforcement located a vehicle matching the description given by the caller. As officers approached the vehicle, two individuals fled the scene on foot.
A multi-agency search operation was launched, involving assistance from the Lavon Police Department, Josephine Police Department, and aerial support from the Texas Department of Public Safety Air One helicopter unit.
