Brews for the Birds – A Beer & Music Festival for Wildlife

Brews and birds, not the most expected combo, but the two will come together for a great fundraiser in early August to support a local wildlife refuge. Brews for the Birds, a free two-day outdoor beer and music festival, returns to Sherwood on Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2 at Langer’s Entertainment Center. The community celebration supports the Friends of the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge Complex, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting wildlife and providing environmental education across the region.

Brews for the Birds is an all-ages, pet-friendly event featuring live local music, craft beer and cider, food vendors, and family activities—with all proceeds from beverage and merchandise sales going directly to the Refuge’s programs in habitat restoration, youth outreach, and conservation education.

This year’s performers include Lloyd Jones, Knuckle Grease Station, JaSkaMon, and Mariachi Luz de Oro, along with other regional acts…
