BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Bethlehem City Council on Tuesday held a hearing to review how the administration plans to allocate more than $1.8 million in federal grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Housing and Community Development Administrator Robert Vidoni presented the city’s funding priorities, most of which are aimed at supporting low-income and vulnerable residents.
In 2025, HUD will award the city $1,418,306 in Community Development Block Grants and $417,183 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds. Both allocations represent increases from 2024, with CDBG funding up by $3,000 and HOME funds rising by approximately $26,000…
