RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — A Richland County woman has been arrested and charged with felony animal cruelty after deputies found a dog wandering with a severe neck wound caused by a metal collar.
Deputies on Tuesday announced the arrest of 50-year-old Marie Sky in connection with the condition of the injured dog, named Milo.
