Woman Accused of $5,000 in Damages Following June 7th Incident
LAKELAND, Fla. – A 20-year-old Lakeland woman, sought on charges of armed burglary and felony criminal mischief, was apprehended without incident yesterday afternoon by Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies.
Emma Kay Wnuk, of Lakeland, was located and arrested at a residence on Lake Miriam Circle at approximately 12:58 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1st. She was wanted on a warrant stemming from an incident that occurred around midnight on June 7th in the Lakeland Highlands area.
According to PCSO reports, Wnuk is accused of causing approximately $5,000 in damages to a home’s walls, doors, a gun safe, and two vehicles. When questioned by detectives, Wnuk reportedly admitted to committing the crimes, stating she was upset with the victim…
