Potter County Deputies arrested 24-year-old Pete Donery Rojas of Tulia Monday at 12:01am on charges of unlawful carrying a weapon. Deputies arrested 49-year-old Jessica Esparaza Conley Monday at 4:45am on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group-1. Alejandro Aleman-Solorzano, age 35 was arrested Monday at 5:19am on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000. Joseph Darnell King, age 34 was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group-1 while incarcerated in the Potter County Detention Center. Amber Yvonne Watson, age 31 was arrested Monday at 9am in the 800 block of Martin Road on charges of criminal trespass.
Potter County Deputies arrested 23-year-old Madison Irene Chacon of Dumas Monday at 12:30pm on charges of forgery of a financial instrument, fraud using false identifying information, possession of a controlled substance penalty group-1 and an outstanding city warrant. Potter County inmate Braydon Holt Jeffries was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated-2nd offense. Monday at 3pm, Deputies arrested 32-year-old Shane Ray Atwood on charges of robbery. Deputies at 3pm also arrested Frank Jerett Maes on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1.
