JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Federal officials are seeking to recover some $3,600 in funds connected to the Jackson Bribery Scandal.
On Tuesday, prosecutors filed a bill of particulars in U.S. District Court stating that $3,580.94 had been seized from a BankPlus account tied to the October indictment related to the scandal, and that they were seeking the forfeiture of the property.
