NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The North Little Rock Police Department (NLRPD) is now investigating after they found a man dead on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, just before 8:00 a.m. on July 1, an officer with the NLRPD found a man lying near some bushes close to the intersection of W. Avalon and MacArthur Drive.
After looking more closely, the officer found that the man was actually dead…
