ARKANSAS, USA — As the summer heat waves begin across the U.S., the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or LIHEAP, prepares to help families in need with rising energy costs.
Applications will open on July 7 to assist Arkansans who may face challenges managing increased utility expenses this season.
