Toppled power lines in Las Vegas are raising suspicions from residents who question how the severe windstorm seemed to spare everything except the city’s power infrastructure.
Powerful winds topping 70 mpg swept through the Las Vegas valley on Tuesday, delaying flights and leaving over 33,000 NV Energy customers without power, KLAS reported. Nearly 50 power line poles sustained damaged.
