AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A Millen man was sentenced to decades in prison and life on probation after being found guilty in Augusta of sexually assaulting a child with Down syndrome.
Uriah Alexander Grant, 45, was convicted of aggravated sexual battery and cruelty to children in the first degree in connection with the event that happened exactly four years ago, District Attorney Jared Williams said Thursday.
Marquis Edric Robinson, of North Augusta, is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
