DELANO, Calif. (KGET) — July 2 marks five years since a drive-by shooting killed two young girls in Delano. The case remains cold to this day.
“There’s a lot I would want to say to them. They would be beautiful little girls but they’re not here,” said Anabel Aguilar, an aunt to one of the victims. The shooting took place in front of Aguilar’s house.
Two girls — Makeliah Rayann Osorno, 11, and Elayna Saidee Dorig, 12 — were killed, and the community is still calling for people to come forward with information.
