ICE makes arrest after courthouse employee allegedly alerts agency, sheriff investigates

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore City Sheriff’s Office is investigating after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested someone at the Clarence Mitchell Courthouse downtown.

Sheriff Sam Cogen said on June 24, ICE agents showed up to the front doors of the courthouse.

After the Sheriff’s Office verified they were ICE agents, the agents said they had a meeting with Pretrial Services. The agents were escorted to the fourth floor, where they met with a Pretrial Services employee…
