WATCH | Stolen car jumps curb into Lebanon County pizza shop steps; charges pending

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Charges are pending after the driver of a stolen car struck the property of a Bethel Township pizza shop—and it was all caught on video by a neighbor.

Pennsylvania State Police said troopers responded to a hit-and-run of a building in the area of Gubba’s Pizza around 8:30 a.m. on June 22.

Troopers found that a blue Hyundai Elantra was caught on video driving in the opposing traffic lanes on South Pine Grove Street before running a stop sign on Main Street. The car then “jumped” the curb, ending up on the sidewalk at Gubba’s Pizza before striking a set of concrete steps on the side of the pizza shop.

The vehicle did not stop following the crash, instead continuing northwest, troopers said…
