MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – Court documents have unveiled new details on a former Morgan County jailer arrested for promoting prison contraband.

Court records show Kimberly Woodruff is accused of using jail trustees to pass notes and a vape to her brother, who is an inmate in the jail annex.

Woodruff is facing a misdemeanor charge and is currently free on $300 bond…
