BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — A Battle Creek manufacturer is set to pay millions to resolve allegations that it received a loan for which it was not eligible, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Michigan announced Thursday.
Bleistahl North America has agreed to pay a principal amount of $2.3 million, according to a release from the attorney’s office.
