11-hole course, pools, tennis, bowling: Big changes coming to Kalamazoo Country Club

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — A major project is underway at the Kalamazoo Country Club as it builds an 11-hole short course, a new clubhouse and prepares to redo its 18-hole championship course.

Mac Ward, the director of membership and marketing at Kalamazoo Country Club, said the project will be “transformational.”

“It’s going to be a game changer for the community,” Ward said. “You’re not going to want to go to Disney. You’re going to just want to stay here and spend all of your time here.”
