Jackson woman seriously injured in Santa Rosa County four-vehicle crash: FHP

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A Jackson, Alabama, woman was seriously injured in a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in the Santa Rosa County area, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

An FHP crash report said the 23-year-old woman was driving east in the inside lane of I-10 near mile marker 34 while another driver was heading east in the outside lane in a truck.

Officials said the woman left her lane and entered the other driver’s lane, causing the front right portion of her car to collide with the back left part of the truck.

The crash caused both vehicles to cross the grass median, leaving the truck to overturn and come to rest on its driver’s side, according to the crash report…
