(WJAR) — The mother of the man shot in the shoulder by a Pawtucket police officer is speaking out.
28-year-old Sebastian Yidana was shot in the shoulder on June 8th, by Pawtucket police officer after responding to a report of a man with a firearm.
That firearm was a plastic replica of a rifle.
