Driver faces multiple charges after 13-mile chase that ended at Roberts Wesleyan University

CHILI, N.Y. – A police chase that began in Rochester ended at Roberts Wesleyan University on Wednesday night. Rochester police, Ogden police, Monroe County deputies, and state troopers pursued a black sedan missing two tires.
