BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (KCTV) – An animal welfare group in Blue Springs continues to search for a forever home for a loving canine who could face a bitter end without help.
Pawportunities, an animal welfare nonprofit based in Blue Springs, says that while it has been granted a brief extension, a dog in need of a loving home may be euthanized. Bendi, a 2-year-old heeler mix, was originally surrendered to another shelter and scheduled for euthanization on July 1.
