HOUSTON – A video showing a man choking a puppy by dangling it by its collar on Monday in Spring Branch is now being investigated by the Houston Police Department.
The video, which has since been seen thousands of times on social media, shows a shirtless man walking down Long Point Road in Spring Branch.
While walking in front of a business, the puppy stops and tries to sit in the shade. This is when man on the other end of the leash yanked the dog towards him, lifting the dog off the ground as he wrapped the leash around his hands, choking the puppy…
