SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Sioux Falls man has been arrested after an assault near the 8th Street bridge in downtown Sioux Falls.
Authorities were dispatched to the area at around 11:15 p.m. on Monday, where officers discovered an unconscious 39-year-old woman.
