ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Fairburn man pleaded guilty to stealing nearly $400,000 worth of prescription drugs, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
According to the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, Malik Kiell Forte, 29, broke into a warehouse in Stone Mountain and delivery vehicles parked outside pharmacies around metro Atlanta between March 2021 and June 2022.
Forte and a co-conspirator stole hydrocodone, oxycodone, morphine and other drugs. The total value of the stolen drugs approached $400,000, according to the Department of Justice…
