NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The Dorchester County Coroner has identified a 3-year-old child who died in an apparent drowning incident on Tuesday.
Jonathan McFadden of North Charleston was found in a pond at an apartment complex near his home at approximately 6:59 p.m., Coroner Paul J. Brothers said.
