RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A vandalism at Padel Plant on Tuesday caused a portion of Richmond’s Canal Walk to close due to broken glass.
According to the Richmond Police Department, officers responded to the 1200 block of Haxall Point at 11:08 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1 for report of a vandalism.
