The victim in a fatal shooting in Abbeville shooting has been identified as Bailey Dubois and a teenager has been arrested on murder charges, according to police.
Abbeville Police said they responded about 11:30 p.m. Sunday to South John Hardy Drive after a report of a man being shot.
Dubois was walking north on South John Hardy Drive when, police said, a red Chevrolet was traveling south on the same street.
