Attorneys for Monte Anderson have announced that he intends to plead guilty to two counts of armed criminal action and two counts of involuntary manslaughter after allegedly running a red light in downtown St. Louis, striking and killing a mother and daughter visiting from Chicago to attend a Drake concert.
It will take about eight weeks to conduct the sentencing assessment report, so it may not be until September until we learn what kind of punishment Henderson faces.
Unrelated to Henderson’s plea, the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s office filed a motion to no longer pursue the DWI charge earlier in the week. While they declined to comment on dropping the DWI charge, they did provide this statement to KMOX:…
