HARFORD COUNTY, MD. (WBFF) — A Bel Air man was sentenced to five years, all suspended but one year, after pleading guilty to charges that he drugged and killed his family dog, according to the Harford County State’s Attorney.
Ryan Ball, 38, pled guilty to Aggravated Animal Cruelty and Obtaining Prescription by Fraud charges, and is now prohibited from possessing any animals while on probation.
