Restaurant owners fight back against ShrimpGate claims

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Following a lawsuit raising questions about just where Lowcountry restaurants are getting their shrimp, area restaurant owners are pushing back.

Hyman’s Seafood owner-operator Tobias Hyman goes through thousands of pounds of shrimp a year.
