Fort Campbell celebrates Independence Day with concert and carnival

FORT CAMPBELL, KY − Join Fort Campbell’s Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation for the Fourth of July Fest Carnival and Concert. The Fourth of July Fest Carnival runs through July 5 and the Fourth of July Fest Concert on July 4 features Blanco Brown opening for Flo Rida and concludes with a fireworks display.

“We are bringing back hip-hop music this year with Flo Rida and blurring the lines between country and hip-hop with Blanco Brown. During the Carnival week, BMW will offer a test-drive event, and on the 4th, Appleton Harley Davidson will promote motorcycle safety through their ‘jump-start’ experience. We’ll feature exclusive energy drinks from Black Rifle Coffee Company and signature Independence Day beverages from Leatherwood Distillery, all of which will culminate with the biggest fireworks display in the area,” said Melissa Schaffner, Chief, NAF Support Division, Family and MWR.

The carnival and concert take place at the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Parade Field located at 6390 Desert Storm Ave., between 47th and 52nd Streets.
