CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Cincinnati police say they are investigating after a man was shot inside the lobby of an apartment building early Friday.
Police responded to Stanley Rowe Tower at Poplar and Linn streets in the West End, which is adjacent to downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine.
A 38-year-old man was shot once in the back and taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, according to Sgt. Amanda Bridwell.
