Upstate officials to hold blood drive for 14-year-old diagnosed with rare cancer

PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office said it is holding a blood drive to help a 14-year-old diagnosed with a rare cancer.

Officials said Skylar Banks will be going undergoing chemo treatments and will need transfusions.
