Observed numerous food ingredient storage containers, shakers, bottles, in the kitchen area, is not labeled with the common name of the food. Observed two metal wire wall racks (containing spices, ketchup, sauces, etc.) is peeling and rusted and in need of replacement. Observed clean plates on the cook line area, stored uncovered or not inverted. Discussed with Management and corrected on site. Observed hand-wash sink at the three bay sink area has no hot water. Only cold water is dispensing from the faucet. Discussed with Manager, plumber was contacted and out of order sign was placed. There are multiple hand-wash sinks through-out the back kitchen area to be used util unit is repaired. Corrected on site. The hand-wash sink on the front prep/cook line is being used as a food preparation sink as evidenced by observed grease and food particles in the sink. Discussed with Management and corrected on site…
