Rutherford County, TN – Property values in Rutherford County are on the rise, and for Property Assessor Rob Mitchell, the numbers confirm what locals have known for years: this is a county on the move.
Assessment Shows Growth – According to Mitchell’s office, the year-over-year property assessment report shows more than $2.6 billion in growth in appraised values and over $422 million in assessed value increases from July 2024 to July 2025.
