ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) — The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 41-year-old man.
Johnny Ray Wilkins was last seen on Tuesday in Smithfield, North Carolina. He is 6-foot-3, weighs 200 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.
